分级诊疗模式下大型公立医院应对策略分析

摘　　要：分级诊疗作为国家医疗卫生工作的重点，将对我国医疗卫生服务体系产生重大影响，而大型公立医院需在适应中不断调整和应对。提出了5个方面的应对策略：一是加强内部管理；二是发展高新技术；三是主动对口支援；四是开展远程医疗；五是改善医疗条件。Hierarchical medical system is a high priority in China ’s health reform,bearing significant impacts on remolding of its healthcare system,in which tertiary public hospitals must redefine its role.Five strategies have been proposed as follows：the first is internal management;The second is high-tech;Third is paring assistance;Fourth is telemedicine;Fifth is better medical conditions.
