摘　　要：合理有效的治理体系与一流大学生长相辅相成。治理体系现代化实乃建立现代大学制度的最新表达,即按照学术发展规律办好大学的事情,但并不否定相机抉择。在中国语境下,大学治理体系现代化的核心是处理好学术权力与行政权力的关系问题,并进而形成内生的学术可持续发展机制。从现实问题和逻辑皈依来看,治理体系现代化的落脚点必须放在激发教师和学生的活力上,解决创新能力不足的问题。继续完善各级学术委员会功能并以此建立核心价值体系是治理体系现代化的重要抓手。The reasonable and effective governance system is necessary for the development of the first-class university. The purpose of promoting governance system modernization is to help establish modern university system according to the aca- demic development rule, but no negating discretion. In the context of China, the core of university governance system moderni- zation is to deal with the relationship between academic power and administrative power, and then form the endogenous academ- ic sustainable development mechanism. From the point of practical problems and logical conversion, the essences of modern governance system must be timulating the vitality of teachers and students and solving the problem of lack of innovation. Im- proving the function of the academic committee at all levels continuously and then establishing the core value system are also im- portant during the process of governance system mortorni^nt^n
