摘 要:研究了硫酸锌溶液一段净化除铜、镉。确定的最佳工艺参数为:温度50~60℃,反应时间45min,活化剂A加入量0.375mL/L,电炉锌粉加入量略大于理论量。按最优参数对一段净化系统进行技术改造,电炉锌粉消耗量降低约一半,成本大幅度降低,净化液铜脱除率大于99%,镉脱除率大于90%,满足生产要求。In the paper, a new technology for removing of copper and cadmium from zinc sulphate solution by one stage purification process by adding activating agent A was researched. The optimum industrialization parameters are determined as follows that the temperature is 50-60℃,the reaction time is 45 min,the addition amount of activating agent A is 0. 357 mL/L,the addition of electric furnace zinc dust is larger less than theoretical quantity. The technical improvement was carried out on the single stage purification production system according to the optimum parameters. The consumption of electric furnace zinc dust is about half of that in the original process. The cost is decreased greatly. Meanwhile,the removal rates of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ in the solution are over than 99% and 90% which can meet the production requirements.
