摘　　要：依靠法治解决腐败问题,是改革开放以来中国共产党的一贯思想和成功实践,是现阶段深入开展反腐倡廉建设的迫切需要,是应当借鉴吸收的人类文明的优秀成果。当前运用法治思维法治方式反腐败,应从廉政法律体系和党内法规制度的完善、权力授予和运行的有效监督、执法执纪机构的权能保障、违法违纪行为的查处、法治素养的提高等方面着力。Anti-corruption relying on the rule of law is the consistent idea and successful practice of the CPC since reform and opening up, the measure now urgently needed to carry out anti-corruption and the outstanding achievement of human civilization. At present, efforts should be focused on the following aspects： perfecting the laws on combating corruption and the regulations within the CPC, the effective supervision of power, ensuring the power and functions of judicial organ and Party＇ s discipline inspection commission, investigating and dealing with illegal behavior, improving the legal literacy, and so on.
