耳廓复合组织矫正耳廓畸形测量方法探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨耳廓复合组织矫正耳廓畸形时的测量方法。方法：2012年1月-2014年2月，应用健侧耳廓复合组织移植矫正患侧耳廓畸形51例，应用缝线测量法确定需移植耳廓复合组织的大小。结果：随访2～12个月，移植复合组织瓣成活理想，双侧耳廓大小基本对称。结论：在耳廓复合组织瓣游离移植矫正耳廓畸形的手术中，应用缝线测量法确定需移植复合组织瓣的大小，方法简单可靠，精确度高。Objective To discusse measurement method of auricle in modifying auricle deformation using auriclar free composite graft flap. Methods A total of 51 patients with auriclar malformation were selected to treat with auriclar free composite graft flap from January 2012 to February 2014.The size of flap was measured with suture. Results After 2 to 12 months followed-up,patients were satisfied with good symmetry between the affected and normal ears. Conclusions The measurement method of auriclar free composite graft flap with suture is simple and accurate.
