“横切法”内眦赘皮矫治联合小切口重睑术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨矫正轻中度内眦赘皮的手术一“横切法”的临床应用及效果。方法：对2010-2014年期间36例双侧单睑内眦赘皮患者，采取内眦赘皮横切法矫正术联合小切口重睑术治疗，术后随访1个月～1年，分析随访结果。结果：31例受术者内眦切口及上睑无明显瘢痕增生，3例轻微瘢痕增生，2例失访。结论：轻中度内眦赘皮横切法矫正术联合小切口重睑术操作简单，创伤小，恢复快，切口瘢痕轻微，是矫正内眦赘皮且形成重睑的良好方法。Objective To explore the clinical application and effects of mild and moderate epicanthus diorthosis ＂cross vertical slit method＂. Methods During the period of 2010-2014 to creat 36 cases with bilateral upper eyelid epicanthus,we took the cross vertical slit method combined with small incision double eyelid surgery ,and analysed the postoperative fouowing-up from 1 months to 1 years. Results 31 cases of medial canthal incision and upper eyelid without obvious scar hyperplasia,3 cases of slight scar hyperplasia, and 2 patients were lost to follow-up. Conclusion mild to moderate epicanthus correction of crosscutting vertical slit method combined with small incision double eyelid operation has the advantages of simple operation,small trauma, quick recovery, incision scar,is a .qood method for correction of epicanthus and the formation of double eyelid.
