面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效与美容影响

摘　　要：目的:探究面中部提升术与睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹患者的疗效分析与美容影响。方法:选取我院2013年1月-2014年1月收治的60例眶周皮肤皱纹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例患者,对照组采用睑袋整形术治疗眶周皮肤皱纹患者,观察组采用面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术治疗患者,观察两组患者疗效。结果:治疗后观察组并发症的情况显著少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者预后情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:面中部提升术与睑袋整形术结合治疗眶周皮肤皱纹患者,创伤较小,恢复较好,治疗效果的持续时间较长,可有效改善下睑松弛的状况。0bjective To explore the facial lift and eyelid bag of plastic surgery in patients with peri-orbit skin wrinkles the effect analysis and beauty effect. Methods select our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014,60 patients with orbital periderm skin wrinkles, randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,control group adopts the eyelid bag of plastic surgery patients with peri-orbit skin wrinkles,in the observation group used facial lift and lower eyelid bag plastic surgery combined with treatment of patients, observation curative effect of two groups of patients. Results After treatment of the complications of observation group was significantly less than the control group, the difference is statistically significant,P〈0.05.Observation group of patients treatment effect is significantly better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant,P〈0.05; The prognosis of patients with observation group was significantly better than control group, the difference is statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Facial lift and eyelid bag of plastic surgery in patients with combined treatment of peri-orbit skin wrinkles,less trauma, better recovery,the duration of the treatment effect is longer,can effectively improve the condition of relaxation eyelid.
