摘  要:目的:探讨更简单、切口小损伤轻、手术时间短、疗效好的老年性上睑下垂的手术治疗方法。方法:于2010年4月-2013年10月对老年性上睑下垂采用小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短法联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂,其中男性8例,女性10例,共22眼,年龄55~82岁。结果:术后观察6个月无暴露性角膜炎,术后双上睑缘位于角膜上缘1.0~2.0mm,眼睑闭合不全约2.0mm,双眼睑裂重睑对称,无睑下垂复发病例。结论:老年性上睑下垂是老年人常见性眼病,采用小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短法联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂,简化了手术难度,伤口损伤小恢复快,手术时间短,睑成型自然美丽,疗效明显,适合提上睑肌功能良好睑皮肤无过度过剩的老年性上睑下垂的手术治疗。Objective To study the surgical treatment for senile ptosis with more simple, small incision, light damage, short operation time and good curative effect. Methods From April 2010 to March 2014 the treatment was carried out by levator of upper eyelid suture resection with small incision combined with minimally invasive double fold eyelid operation on senile ptosis,there were 8 males and 10 females, 22 eyes,aged 55-82 years old. Results There was no exposure keratitis during a follow-up of 6 months,postoperative double upper eyelid in corneal margin of about 1-2.0mm, incomplete eyelid closure of about 2.0mm, binocular palpebral fissure doublesymmetry,no ptosis recurrence. Conclusions Senile ptosis is common eye disease for old people,using levator of upper eyelid suture resection combined with minimally invasive double eyelid surgery in treatment of senile ptosis, simplifies the operation difficulty, small wound injury recovery,short operation time,eyelid forming natural beauty, obvious curative effect,which is suitable for levator muscle function eyelid skin without surgery in the treatment of senile excessive surplus ptosis.
