摘 要:针对压裂泵阀箱疲劳寿命受较多不确定因素影响,应用灰色系统理论对压裂泵阀箱用钢进行疲劳寿命预测。在对阀箱用30CrNi2MoV钢进行疲劳试验和试验数据分析的基础上,运用GM(1,1)模型、灰色Verhulst模型对30CrNi2MoV钢进行了疲劳寿命预测。结果表明:基于GM(1,1)模型的疲劳寿命预测精度为99.578%,基于灰色Verhulst模型的疲劳寿命预测精度为99.866%,预测精度较高,这为压裂泵阀箱用钢疲劳寿命预测提供预测精度及可靠性的方法。Aiming at the fracture pump fluid cylinder fatigue life affected by many uncertain factors,the gray system theory was used to predict the fatigue life of 30CrNi2MoV steel used in the fracture pump fluid cylinder.Based on the fatigue test and test data analysis,the GM(1,1) model and gray Verhulst model were used to forecast the fatigue life of 30CrNi2MoV steel.The results show that the fatigue life prediction accuracy of GM(1,1) model is 99.578%,while the fatigue life prediction accuracy of Verhulst model is 99.866%,which means that the prediction accuracy is relatively higher.The gray system theory provides a new method whose prediction accuracy and reliability is high to the fatigue life of the fracture pump fluid cylinder30CrNi2MoV steel.
