球磨时间对Mg_(17)Al_(12)合金结构与形貌的影响

摘  要:用熔炼法制备了Mg17Al12合金,采用XRD、SEM及粒度测试对不同球磨时间的该合金的结构、形貌进行研究。结果表明:Mg17Al12合金经不同时间球磨后不会发生相的改变,只是衍射峰强度减弱且变宽;随球磨时间延长,合金粉体由原始棱角尖锐的碎石块变成近似球状等轴颗粒,且初始阶段粒度下降很快但粒度下降到一定程度后就不再继续减小,反而会出现团聚或吞并现象。球磨30h后的颗粒粒度分布较均匀,其平均粒度为3μm。Mg17Al12alloy was prepared by melting.The effects of different ball-milling time on the microstructure and morphology of the alloy were investigated by X-ray diffraction,SEM and particle size measurement.The results indicate that the phase of Mg17Al12 does not change after milling for different time,only the diffraction peak intensity decreases and the diffraction peaks become wider.With increasing ball-milling time,the alloy powder with sharp crushed-stone-like morphology is evolved into the nearly spherical equiaxed particles,and the particle size decreases rapidly in the initial stage,but the particle size can not continue to reduce after decreasing a certain extent,instead,it generates the phenomenon of reunion or annexation.The particle of the size distribution after milling for 30 h is relatively uniform.The average particle size is about 3 μm.
