摘 要:应用Gleeble3500热-力模拟实验机研究了退火工艺参数对性能的影响。结果表明:当退火温度由750℃提高到830℃时,奥氏体化量由10%提高到87%,但对应的样品强度值变化却很小;当固定退火温度为790℃,将保温时间从0 s延长至120s时,对应的强度值逐渐升高。强制风冷段可以被分为三个温度区间,即720℃以上、720~650℃和650~460℃,因为奥氏体向铁素体转变的温度为720~650℃。650~460℃以及720~650℃的冷速对强度有很大影响,冷速越大,强度越高;720℃以上增加冷却速度,仅当其后(指720℃以下)冷速很高时,才会对强度提高起作用。The influences of annealing process parameters on properties were studied using Gleeble 3500thermo-mechanical simulator.The results show that:when the annealing temperature increases from 750 ℃ to 830 ℃,the austenitizing ratio increases from 10% to 87%,but the changes of corresponding strength are very small.When the annealing temperature is 790 ℃ and the heat preservation time increases from 0 s to 120 s,the corresponding strength increases gradually.The forced air cooling section can be subdivided into three temperature zones,namely above 720 ℃,720 ℃-650 ℃ and 650 ℃-460 ℃,because the austenite to ferrite transformation temperature range is basically between720 ℃-650 ℃.The cooling rate at 650 ℃-460 ℃ or 720 ℃-650 ℃ has a great influence on the strength; the higher the cooling rate is,the higher the strength is.When the cooling rate above 720 ℃ increases,only when the subsequent cooling rate is very high(refer to below 720 ℃),the strength improves.
