摘  要:将5.0%复配型纳米复合少铬鞣助剂KRT-113和3.75%合成型纳米复合少铬鞣助剂KRT-114,分别配合4.0%的铬粉应用于小浸酸少铬鞣工序中,鞣制后蓝湿革收缩温度分别为100℃和98℃,鞣制废液中Cr_2O_3的含量分别为214.3mg/L和331.7mg/L。与常规铬鞣革相比,采用纳米复合少铬鞣助剂配合4.0%铬粉鞣制后,坯革的抗张强度有所提高,柔软度略有降低。扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明:纳米复合少铬鞣助剂配合少量铬粉鞣制后,坯革的纤维粗大、饱满,分散性良好,并且没有破坏胶原的微观结构。比较2种纳米复合少铬鞣助剂的应用结果,复配型纳米复合少铬鞣助剂KRT-113的应用效果更佳。5% complex type nano- composite less chrome tanning auxiliaries KRT- 113 and 3.75%synthetic type nanocomposite less chrome tanning auxiliaries KRT- 114 with 4.0%chrome tanning agent were applied in less- bath pickled and less chrome tanning process,the shrinkage temperature(Ts) of wet- blue were 100℃ and 98 ℃ respectively.The content of Cr_2O_3 in waste water of tanning process were 214.3mg/L and 331.7mg/L.Compared with conventional chrome tanned leather,the tensile strength of leather tanned by less chrome tanning auxiliaries with 4.0%chrome tanning agent were improved,but the softness were reduced slightly.The Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) results show that the collagen fibers with the addition of nano- composite chrome tanning auxiliaries are thick,plump and have a good dispersion.Additionally,there is no damage to the microstructure of collagen.Compare the application properties of two kinds of auxiliaries,KRT- 113 is better.
