水基多异氰酸酯交联剂的制备与应用

摘  要:用自制羟基磺酸盐对HDI三聚体进行亲水改性,制备了一种水基型多异氰酸酯交联剂并研究其应用性能。结果发现:样品水溶液中,异氰酸根(NCO)含量随着样品理论NCO含量的增大而快速降低;该交联剂(NCO理论含量20.5%)对聚氨酯鞋胶的粘接性能以及胶膜的耐热性、耐水性和抗拉强度,均有显著地提高;加入交联剂不影响聚氨酯胶黏剂(WPUA)软段的结晶性,但结晶熔融温度有一定的下降。A series of water- based poly- isocyanate cross- linking agents were prepared through the hydrophilic modification of HDI trimer with homemade hydroxyl sulphonate.Meanwhile,the application performance was also investigated.The results show that the isocyano- content in the aqueous solution of samples is decreased rapidly with the increase of the theoretical NCO content.The bonding performance of water- based polyurethane adhesive,as well as their film heat resistance,water resistance and tensile strength are improved significantly after cross- linked by poly- isocyanate cross- linking agent(NCO content,20.5%).At the same time,cross- linking has little effect on crystallinity of soft segment of the waterbome polyurethane adhesive(WPUA),the crystalline melting temperature of WPUA is found to be reduced after cross-linking.
