摘　　要：2013年,青岛卷烟厂工作报告提出“要全面抓好生产、设备、供应、仓储等各项管理,精心组织,合理调度”,通过提高台班产量,减少职工劳动天数,保证职工休息。目前青岛卷烟厂卷包车间现有PASSIM-GDX1卷包机组9台套,主要担负泰山(宏图)品牌的生产,与市场需求有较大差距。通过实施项目,优化工作流程,进行设备改进,进一步提高PASSIM—GDX1机组台班产量,满足市场需求,减少职工劳动天数,为企业节约生产资金。In 2013, Qingdao cigarette factory work report "to fully grasp the production, supply, storageequipment, such as the management, meticulous organization, reasonable scheduling", by improving the shift production, reduce the worker labor days, guarantee workers rest. At present, Qingdao cigarette factory wrapping existing PASSIM-GDX1 package unit 9 sets, mainly responsible for Taishan (hongtu) brand production, and there is a big gap between the demand of the market. Through the implementation of the project, optimize work flow, equipment improvement, further improve the yield of PASSIM-GDXI unit classes, meet the demand of the market, reduce the worker labor days, for enterprises to save Droduction funds.
