摘　　要：在总结上海城市轨道交通运营安全评价经验的基础上,整理了城市轨道交通土建系统的风险点清单,并以此为基础设计开发了城市轨道交通土建系统运营安全评价数据库。其能够全面规范地录入安全评价信息;通过便捷、条理性的数据归档,数据库不仅能够辅助安全评价工作的开展,深入分析风险规律,还能为定量化安全评价研究打下基础。Based on the experiences of safety evaluation in Shanghai rail transit operation,the potential risk points are summed up and stored in a list, and developed to a database for operation safety evaluation of urban rail transit construction system. This database is able to evaluate safety information comprehensively and normatively, assist the safety evaluation through analyzing the regulation of risks by convenient and rational data archiving, analyze the risk law in details, thus laying a foundation for the quantitative assessment in the future.
