摘 要:北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高260 m,是超高层工程。结构形式为型钢外框内筒结构体系,装修功能多样、外檐独特,该工程施工工艺复杂、垂直运输超高降效问题突出。根据超高层的施工特点及难点,工程采用了高性能高流态混凝土、桁架转换层超重构件吊装、钢板—混凝土组合剪力墙裂缝控制、异型幕墙板块吊装、消防安全控制、BIM技术、远程质量验收系统等创新技术,取得了多项科研成果,其中钢板—混凝土组合剪力墙裂缝控制关键技术成果填补了国内空白,达到了国际先进水平。Beijing Greenland Center No.4 business office building project of building height of 260 meters, is a high-rise project. Structure for the type steel frame tube structural system, functional diversity, eaves unique decoration, construction process of the engineering complex, vertical transportation of ultra high efficiency reduction problem is serious. Therefore, according to the construction features and difficulties of super high-rise buildings, the project adopted the high performance and high flowing concrete truss transfer layer, overweight member hoisting, steel - control, crack of concrete composite shear wall shaped curtain wall plate lifting, fire safety control, BIM technology, remote quality approval system and a series of technological innovation, has made a number of achievements in scientific research the crack, steel - concrete composite shear wall control results of the key technology to fill the domestic blank, reached the international advanced level.
