摘　　要：北京绿地中心工程总建筑面积351 524 m2。其中,4号商务办公楼为超高层建筑,建筑高度260m。由于施工场地狭小、工期紧张,特别是4号商务办公楼,建筑高度高、体量大,各专业交叉作业多。因此,项目部提前策划,进行了大型施工现场总平面布置与管理,创新使用了绿色路面、提升电梯门、电锅炉供暖等措施,社会效益和经济效益显著,实现了绿色施工目标。The total construction area of 351524 square meters of Beijing Green Center project. Among them, 4 office building is a super high-rise building, building height 260m. Narrow construction site, the tight work schedule, especially 4 commercial office buildings, building height, body mass, the professional cross much homework. Therefore, the project Department of advance planning, scientific, reasonable of general layout and management of large construction site, careful organization and management, innovative use of the green road, elevator door, electric boiler heating and other measures, social benefits and economic benefits significantly, realize the goal of green construction.
