摘　　要：北京绿地中心4号商务办公楼工程建筑高度达260m,为超高层建筑,单体建筑面积超过12万m2。该超高层工程体量大、施工周期长,垂直运输超高降效问题突出。垂直运输策划与组织是超高层施工的核心施工管理环节,是保证施工进度、安全、质量、成本的关键因素。项目部研究并策划了超高层不同阶段的垂直运输组织,解决了垂直运输的难题。施工中垂直运输组织经济、合理,顺利的实现了不同阶段的施工计划目标,使得超高层工程的各项指标全面受控。Beijing Greenland center 4 commercial office building construction height of 260m, is a super high-rise building, single building area of more than 120000 m2. The super tall building large, long construction period, the vertical transportation of ultra high efficiency reduction problem is very prominent. Vertical transportation planning and organization is the core of construction management link high-rise construction, is the key factor to ensure the construction schedule, safety, quality, cost. The project department to deeply research and planning of vertical transport organization in different stages of high-rise, solves the problem of the vertical transportation. The vertical transport organization of the project economic, reasonable, the successful implementation of the plan of the construction target of different stage, makes the performance of high-rise project fully controlled.
