摘  要:北京绿地中心工程属超高层工程,所采用混凝土强度达C60,泵送高度达206 m,劲性结构混凝土钢构件大、钢筋密集、混凝土浇筑困难。本工程针对超高层混凝土泵送特点,进行混凝土的研发及高压泵的安装于使用,精心组织混凝土高压泵送,成功解决了超高层高性能混凝土泵送难题,达到了一泵到顶、有效保证泵送混凝土质量的效果,从而保证了超高层混凝土结构的施工质量。In the super-high Beijing Greenland Center project, C60 concrete was used and the pumping height of concrete reached 206m. Various difficulties were encountered in construction, such as huge rigid structural concrete and steel components, dense steel bars and difficult concrete pouring, etc. Researches were carried out for development of concrete pumping for super-high building and installation of high-pressure pump, to successfully solve the difficulties in concrete pumping for super-high building. In this way, concrete could be pumped to the top only by one pump, so as to guarantee the concrete pumping quality and construction quality of super-high concrete structure.
