中心村集中居住区农民满意度及其敏感性分析——基于天津市216位农民的调查数据

摘　　要：农民是中心村建设最广泛的参与主体,农民满意是中心村集中居住工程顺利推进的基本保证。基于天津市216位农民的调查数据,首先分析了农民对中心村集中居住的总体满意度及对各方面工作的分项满意度;其次,运用相关分析法和对应分析法分析了农民各分项满意度对其总体满意度的敏感性;再次,在把分项满意度及其敏感性放在同一坐标系内进行对比分析的基础上,将中心村集中居住各项工作划分为四类,即"继续努力事项"、"重点改进事项"、"低优先事项"和"不刻意追求事项";最后,提出了强化中心村公共服务人才队伍建设、完善农村社会保障体系、建立中心村建设的农民权益保障机制、完善中心村治理机制、多渠道切实提高农民生活水平等对策建议。Farmers are the most extensive participants in the central villages construction,and farmers ＇satisfaction is the basic guarantee for the smooth implementation of the concentration residence in central villages. Based on the investigation on 216 farmers in Tianjin,the paper,firstly,analyzed farmers＇ overall satisfaction with the concentration residence in central villages and the subsatisfaction with its every aspect. It then, by using correlation analysis and correspondence analysis method, analyzed subsatisfaction＇s sensitivity to overall satisfaction. After the comparison analysis by putting the sub-satisfaction and its sensitivity in coordinate systems,it classified all the things of central villages construction into four categories： continuous efforts,concentration on what needs improving,low priority and indeliberate pursuit. This paper,finally,proposed some recommendations from the following respects： strengthening talent team building for central village＇s public service,perfecting the rural social security system,establishing the safeguard mechanism for farmers＇ rights and interests,improving central village governance mechanism,and rasing farmers＇ living standard through multiple channels.
