摘　　要：作为东南亚第三大产油国的越南,其油气产业在经历了长期高速增长后,近年来发展处于停滞调整的阶段。在政府新的能源战略规划下,越南油气产业发展有新的动向。这既带来中越海上冲突增大的可能性,也增大了双方走向共同开发南中国海油气资源的可能性。Vietnam is the third largest oil producer in Southeast Asia, and its oil and gas industry in recent years is in the stage of stagnation and adjustment after experiencing a long-term rapid development. Under the government＇ s new energy development strategy, Vietnam＇ s oil and gas industry development has new trends. This may increase the possibility of maritime conflicts between China and Vietnam, also increase the possibilities of both sides to jointly develop offshore oil and gas resources in the South China Sea.
