摘　　要：目前现场运行的大量开关柜中,触头测温存在传感器接触式、数据传输有线式带来的安全性不足,笔者研究一种基于Zig Bee无线通信的开关柜触头温度在线监测预警系统,着重提出温度监测数据的预处理、温度变化趋势预测、开关柜温度预警的实用算法,开发该系统的分布式硬件平台及其数据传输格式、上位机Lab VIEW软件。实验测试表明,所研究的开关柜触头温度在线监测预警方案是可行的,实现了设备状态的数据可靠快速传输和监测预警信息的可视化。The existing sensor contacting type and wired data transmission type temperature monitoring devices for switchgear contacts are deficient in security. In this paper, an online temperature monitoring/warning system for switchgear contacts is proposed on the basis of the Zig Bee wireless communication principle. The pretreatment of temperature monitoring data, the changing trend prediction algorithm of temperature, and the over-temperature warning program are discussed and designed. And the distributed hardware platform, the data transmission format, and the upper host-computer software based on Lab VIEW are developed. Tests show that the online temperature monitoring/warning scheme for switchgear contacts is feasible, in which the data of equipment status are transmitted reliably and rapidly, and the monitoring/warning information is visualized.
