摘　　要：文中分析了中压智能开关设备的现状,提出一体化设计和整体化试验的指导思想,介绍了在此基础上设计的一种智能开关设备及一体化智能元件,并给出整体试验的实施方法及智能单元的功能验证。该产品集一次设备和二次设备一体化设计,是国内首台基于IEC 61850协议、基于GOOSE数字化指令进行断路器、接地开关的合分操作,完成全套型式试验的配电设备;同时完成智能化功能比对,实现试验状态实时通过网络协议上传后台。This paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent switchgear in the case of medium voltage,on the guiding ideology of integrated design and integrity test, an intelligent switchgear and integration of intelligent components are designed, introduces the implementation methods of integrity test as well as the functional verification of intelligent unit. The intelligent switchgear is integrated by the design of primary and secondary equipment. It is the first equipment in China, that based on IEC 61850 protocol and the digital instructions of GOOSE, to operate circuit breakers and earthing switch, and the type test has been completed. Simultaneously, the intelligent comparison test has also been completed, and test status in real time over the network protocol to upload record in the background has been achieved.
