中西医结合治疗高龄慢性充血性心力衰竭患者45例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗高龄患者慢性充血性心力衰竭(Chronic congestive heart failure,CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性充血性心力衰竭高龄患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上口服中药汤剂。28 d后观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、6分钟步行试验结果和心功能改善情况。结果:观察组有效率为91.13%,显著高于对照组的80.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心功能结果显示,治疗后观察组左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率分别为(46.12±2.91)%、(30.04±4.08)%,较对照组增大;左室收缩末期内径、左室舒张末内径分别为(39.14±4.29)mm、(49.28±3.65)mm,较对照组减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。6分钟内步行里程数结果显示,观察组治疗后的里程数为(496.24±102.04)m,明显多与对照组的(461.25±112.55)m,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly chronic congestive heart failure（CCHF）.Methods： 90 patients with CCHF were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group,The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine,while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese medicine decoction for oral administration on the basis treatment of the control group.28 days later,the clinical effects,6-mimute-walk experiment results and heart function improvement of the patients in both groups were observed and compared.Results： The effective rate of the observation group（91.13%）was much higher than that（80.04%） of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical meaning（P 0.05）.The heart function result showed that left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fractional shortening rate were（46.12±2.91） % and（30.04±4.08） % respectively; They were more increased compared with the control group.Left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were（39.14±4.29） mm,（49.28±3.65） mm respectively; They were more decreased compared with the control group; The difference between them had statistical meaning（P 0.05）.6-mimute-walk mileage results showed that the mileage of the observation group was（496.24±102.04） m,which was much more than that of the control group（461.25±112.55） m; And the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has very good curative effect on CCHF.
