解毒化瘀Ⅱ方治疗慢性重型肝炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察解毒化瘀Ⅱ方治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将慢性重型肝炎30例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各15例,对照组采用常规治疗:一般为护肝、降酶、新鲜血浆、白蛋白、改善肝脏微循环、抗病毒、维生素K1等对症支持治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上使用解毒化瘀Ⅱ方治疗,日2次,两组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,观察2组治疗前后临床表现、血清总胆红素(TBil)及凝血酶原时间(PT)的变化以及并发症情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组患者血清总胆红素明显降低,凝血酶原时间缩短(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为86.67%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化瘀Ⅱ方治疗慢性重型肝炎疗效显著,可缩短患者病程。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiedu Huayu Prescription II（JDHYP II） on chronic severe hepatitis.Methods： 30 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 15 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment,such as protecting liver,fresh plasma,albumin,hepatic microcirculation improvement,antiviral and vitamin K1.Based on this treatment,the ones in the treatment group were added JDHYP II,2 times a day.Both groups regarded 10 days as a treatment course.3 courses later,the clinical performance,the changes of Tbil and PT,and the complications were observed.Results： Compared with the control group,Tbil of patients in the treatment group greatly reduced,and PT was shortened（P〈0.01）.The effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： JDHYP II has very good effect on chronic severe hepatitis,and can shorten the treatment course of patients.
