摘　　要：目的:观察葛根汤加味治疗成人水痘的临床疗效。方法:选取80例成人水痘患者作为研究对象,按照随机平行分组法随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例,两组患者均给予西药常规抗病毒等治疗,治疗组加用葛根汤加味治疗,疗程均为2周,2周后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组有效率分别为100.0%、90.0%,治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=8.260,P=0.037);治疗组体温恢复正常时间、皮疹结痂时间、皮损消失时间、呕吐下利消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:葛根汤加味联合西药治疗成人水痘可提高临床疗效、缩短病程。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Puerariae Decoction on adult varicella.Methods： 80 patients with adult varicella were chosen as the study objects and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random parallel grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.All the patients in both groups were given routine antiviral Western medicine,and the ones in the treatment group were added Puerariae Decoction.Both groups regarded 2 weeks as a treatment course.And after 2 weeks,the curative effects on both groups were compared.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group（100.0%） was much higher than that（90.0%） of the control group（χ^2 = 8.260,P = 0.037）.The time for temperature＇s returning to normal,the time for skin rash＇s scab,the time for skin lesions＇ disappearance,the time for disappearance of vomiting and diarrhea of the treatment group were all significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,and had statistical significance.Conclusion： Modified Puerariae Decoction combined with Western medicine therapy in treating adult varicella can improve the curative effect and shorten the treatment course.
