摘　　要：目的:观察通筋活络胶囊治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者754例随机分为治疗组和对照组各377例,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊,每次2粒,日1次;治疗组服用通筋活络胶囊,每次3粒,日3次,对比两组治疗前后JOA评分和主要症状变化。结果:两组在JOA评分和主要症状方面均有改善,治疗后与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通筋活络胶囊可以改善腰椎间盘突出症患者临床症状和日常功能评分,疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongjin Huoluo Capsule（TJHLC） on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods： 377 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 377 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given diclofenac sodium sustained release capsule for oral administration,2 tablets each time,and once a day.The ones in the treatment group were given TJHLC,3 tablets each time,and 3 times a day.Then JOA scores and the main symptom changes of both groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results： After the treatment,JOA scores and the main symptom changes of both groups were improved; And the differences had significance（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; The difference between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： TJHLC has very good curative effect in improving clinical symptoms and daily function scores of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
