中西医结合康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病73例  

73 Cases of Nerve-Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Rehabilitation Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法:选取神经根型颈椎病患者137例,随机分为对照组64例和治疗组73例。对照组采用西医康复疗法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医康复疗法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率88.16%,对照组有效率70.31%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合康复疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of rehabilitation therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.Methods： 137 patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the control group with 64 cases and the treatment group with 73 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine rehabilitation therapy,while the one in the treatment group were treated with rehabilitation therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Results： The effective rate of the treatment group（88.16%） was better than that（70.31%） of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Rehabilitation therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has very good curative effect on nerve-root type cervical spondylosis.
