针灸联合六味地黄丸治疗肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病80例

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸联合六味地黄丸治疗肾阴亏虚型老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月—2014年2月本院收治的肾阴亏虚型2型糖尿病老年患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各80例,两组均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用针灸联合六味地黄丸治疗;对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用六味地黄丸治疗,两组均以3周为1个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及中医证候积分的变化,评价两组的临床疗效并进行对比。结果:观察组和对照组的临床显效率分别为85.0%、65.0%,有效率分别为97.5%、83.75%,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=3.846、3.902,P<0.05);治疗前两组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、总体胰岛素敏感指数及中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、总体胰岛素敏感指数及中医证候积分均较治疗前明显改善,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:针灸联合六味地黄丸可明显减轻老年2型糖尿病患者(肾阴亏虚型)的胰岛素抵抗,降低血糖水平,改善中医临床症状体征,临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with Rehmanniae Pill of Six Ingredients on senile type II diabetes due to kidney-yin deficiency.Methods： 160 patients with senile type II diabetes due to kidney-yin deficiency treated in the hospital from Feb.of 2013 to Feb.of 2014 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.All the patients in both groups were given routine treatment,while the ones in the observation group were added acupuncture combined with Rehmanniae Pill of Six Ingredients; The ones in the control group were added Rehmanniae Pill of Six Ingredients.Both groups regarded 3 weeks as a treatment course.Then the changes of fasting blood-glucose,postprandial2 h blood-glucose,glycated hemoglobin level and TCM syndromes score of both groups before and after the treatment were observed; and two groups＇ clinical effects were compared.Results： The efficiency rate and the effective rate of the observation group were 85.0% and 97.5% respectively; The efficiency rate and the effective rate of the control group were 65.0% and83.75% respectively; The observation group was clearly superior to the control group,and the differences between them had statistical meaning（χ^2 = 3.846,3.902,P〈0.05）.Before the treatment,the differences in fasting blood-glucose,postprandial 2 h blood-glucose,glycated hemoglobin level,fasting insulin index,insulin resistance index,the overall insulin sensitivity index,and TCM syndrome scores of both groups had no significant meaning（P 〉0.05）.After the treatment,the differences in fasting blood-glucose,postprandial 2h blood-glucose,glycated hemoglobin level,fasting insulin index,insulin resistance index,the overall insulin sensitivity index,and TCM syndrome scores of both groups had significant meaning（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was much superior to the control group.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Rehmanniae Pill of Six
