摘　　要：目的:观察中医辨证论治联合西医三联根除方案治疗Hp相关性慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例Hp相关性慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组单纯予三联根除方案,治疗组给予中药联合西医三联根除方案,中药疗程8周,西药疗程7 d。观察两组Hp根除率和主要症状改善情况。结果:治疗组Hp根除率为83.3%,对照组Hp根除率为66.7%,两组Hp根除率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组主要症状积分改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药辨证论治联合西医三联根除Hp疗法可以提高Hp根除率,改善患者主要不适症状。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine triple eradication program on HP associated chronic gastritis.Methods： 60 patients with HP associated chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated only according to Western medicine triple eradication program,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine triple eradication program.In terms of Chinese medicine,8 weeks were regarded as a treatment course; In terms of Western medicine,7 days were regarded as a treatment course.Then the HP eradication rate and the main symptom improvement were observed.Results： The HP eradication rate of the treatment group was83.3%,while that of the control group was 66.7%,and the difference between them had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）.The improved degree of main symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCM therapy with syndrome differentiation combined with Western medicine triple eradication program on HP associated chronic gastritis can increase the HP eradication rate and improve patients＇ main symptoms.
