复方丹参滴丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变44例  

44 Cases of Peripheral Neuropathy due to Diabetes Treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pill Combined with Methylcobalamin

摘　　要：目的:观察复方丹参滴丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将88例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为观察组与对照组各44例,对照组采用甲钴胺口服治疗,观察组选用复方丹参滴丸联合甲钴胺口服治疗,连续治疗4周后比较两组疗效。结果:观察者血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、血压水平与治疗前比较,差异无统计意义(P>0.05);24 h尿蛋白定量较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗前后胫神经和正中神经传导速度比较,只有正中神经的感觉神经传导速度明显加快(P<0.05),其余各项均无差异。观察者治疗后胫神经和正中神经的运动神经传导速度和感觉神经传导速度均明显加快(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较,除正中神经感觉神经传导速度无差异外,其他神经传导速度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组有效率为93.18%,优于对照组的81.82%。结论:复方丹参滴丸联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of compound danshen dripping pill combined with methylcobalamin on peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes.Methods： 88 patients with peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given methylcobalamin for oral administration,while the ones in the observation group were given compound danshen dripping pill combined with methylcobalamin.After 4 weeks＇ treatment,their curative effects were compared.Results： The differences in blood sugar,urea nitrogen,creatinine and blood pressure level of the observation group between before and after the treatment had no statistical meaning（P 〉0.05）.24-hour urine protein quantitative of the observation group greatly reduced compared before the treatment（P〈0.01）; The difference between the observation group and the control group had highly statistical meaning（P〈0.01）.In the control group,in terms of tibial nerve and median nerve conduction velocity,only the median nerve sensory conduction velocity became more quickly（P〈0.05） after the treatment,and the rest showed no difference.In the observation group,the movement nerve conduction velocity and sensory conduction velocity of tibial nerve and median nerve became significantly quickly（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group after the treatment,except that median nerve sensory conduction velocity had no change,the other nerve conduction velocity differences had highly statistically meaning（P〈01）.The effective rate of the observation group（93.18%） was superior to that of the control group（81.82%）.Conclusion： Compound danshen dripping pill combined with methylcobalamin has good clinical curative effect with great safety on patients with peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes.
