摘  要:针刺治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症从脏腑辨证归肾、脾两脏,本在肾,肾阳虚衰,标在脾,脾阳虚弱,运化水湿无力,久致痰湿瘀阻治病。为探讨针刺治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症取穴规律,笔者利用CNKI数据库,以针刺和下肢动脉硬化闭塞症为关键词,检索文献里有穴位记录的有效文献共18篇。将文献中的穴位按照辨证分型归纳总结,将本病的治疗方法大致分为温阳通络法、活血化瘀法、健脾利湿法三大类。温阳通络法取穴以任脉、足少阴肾经、足阳明胃经穴位为主;活血化瘀法以行气活血为原则,取穴以多气多血的足阳明胃经、主藏血之肝经,化生气血之脾经为主;健脾利湿法取穴方法多以足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经之健脾利湿的穴位为主。To discuss the acupoint-selecting law in treating lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO) by acupuncture,the writer took CNKI as the database and "acupuncture"and "LEASO"as the key words.There were 18 effective theses involving acupoints records,and then the acupoints in these theses were classified and summarized according to the patterns of differentiated syndromes.The therapies of this disease can be generally divided into three categories: warming yang and dredging collaterals,activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis,and strengthening spleen and inducing diuresis.For the therapy of warming yang and dredging collaterals,the major selected acupoints were on the conception meridian,kidney meridian of foot shaoyin,and stomach meridian of foot yangming; for the therapy of activating blood flow and resolving blood stasis,with the principle of activating qi and blood flow,the major selected acupoints were on stomach meridian of foot yangming,liver meridian which governs blood-storage,and spleen meridian which transforms qi and blood; for the therapy of strengthening spleen and inducing diuresis,the major selected acupoints were on stomach meridian of foot yangming,spleen meridian of foot taiyin.
