摘　　要：穴位注射法可以治疗呃逆、腹胀、腹泻、便秘、化疗引起的呕吐、骨髓抑制、癌痛等。穴位注射有穴位特异性,某种药物在其对应的穴位上可达到较佳疗效,而且对应穴位所属的经络又与该药物所作用的靶器官归属经络一致,但目前对靶器官归属经络的研究较少,以后应加强研究药物的作用特点与对应穴位的循经关系,成为药物归经的一条现代科研路线。Acupoint injection has curative effects on hiccup,abdominal distension,diarrhea,constipation,vomiting induced by chemotherapy,myelosuppression and cancer pain due to chemotherapy,etc.Acupoint injection has feature of specificity.One certain drug has good efficacy on the corresponding acupoints,and corresponding meridian of the acupoints conform to the meridian which the target organ pertains to.However,the study on the meridians which the target organs pertain to is far from enough.The research on the action characteristics of the drugs and the relationships between the acupoints and the corresponding meridians needs strengthening,which becomes a modern scientific research course of the meridian tropism of the drugs.
