子午流注纳子法研究进展

摘　　要：近年来人们对子午流注纳子法从动物实验和临床应用两方面都做了大量的研究工作,取得较大的进步,从而推动了时间针灸学的发展。但也有不少问题,首先,关于纳子法的实验研究还比较少,所涉及的病种和时辰使用相对狭窄,有许多领域有待进一步开展研究。其次,虽然子午流注纳子法的临床研究领域日渐扩大,涉及临床各科,但目前大量的研究相对集中在针刺止痛、脾胃病及神经系统疾病三个方面,其他病种的报道数量还比较少,研究空间还很大。最后,应用纳子法理论指导临床辨证用药的研究也不多,今后应加大这方面的研究。In recent years people have done a lot of research work on hour-prescription of acupoints of midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine from animal experiment and clinical application,and have made great progress to promote the development of acupuncture and moxibustion.But there are still a lot of problems.Firstly,there are relatively fewer study on hour-prescription of acupoints involving narrow disease types and hour use,and there are many areas that need further research.Secondly,the related study has involved in each clinical subject,for the meantime,a great deal of research focuses on acupuncture for stopping pain,spleen-stomach diseases and nervous system diseases.There are few reports of other diseases,so the study space is still very great.Finally,There is also not much research on its theory to guide clinical differentiation,so this area should be strengthened in the future.
