摘  要:茶叶具有升清降浊功效,其可清湿热、利小便、祛痰热、消宿食、清头目、除烦渴,上可治疗头痛感冒、目赤肿痛,下可治疗疮疡疖肿、腹泻痢疾、小便不利、食积纳少、痰热咳喘等。茶叶的新陈、茶水的浓淡等也会影响茶叶的升降趋势,因此,临床应用时,辨别病位之上下表里的同时,还应灵活掌握使用方法,才能让茶叶更好地发挥作用。Tea leaves have the effect of elevating clear qi and lowering turbid qi,and thus can clear damp heat,induce urination,eliminate phlegm heat,remove stagnant food,refresh the mind,and relieve restlessness and thirst.For the upper body,tea leaves can treat headache,common cold,red and painful swollen eyes; for the lower body,they can treat swelling,ulcer,and furuncle,diarrhea,dysentery,difficult urination,poor appetite,cough and asthma due to phlegm heat.The freshness of the leaves and the concentration of the tea may also influence the ascending and descending trend of the leaves.Therefore,in clinical application,at the time of differentiating the locations of superior,inferior,exterior and interior,the application method should also be mastered for better effects exerted by the tea leaves.
