摘　　要：腹膜透析治疗可导致微炎症状态的发生,其还与PD患者心血管疾病、营养、代谢紊乱等并发症密切相关。临床可通过测定CRP、IL-6、TNF-a等炎症因子,来判断是否存在微炎症状态,对PD患者的预后及心血管事件的发生率进行预测。Therapy of peritoneal dialysis can lead to micro-inflammation,and also has some relations with PD patients＇ complications such as cardiovascular diseases,nutritional and metabolic disorders.In clinical practice,inflammatory factors including CRP,IL-6 and TNF-a etc can be tested to judge whether or not there is micro-inflammation state in order to forecast PD patients＇ prognosis and the occurrence rate of cardiovascular diseases.
