Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Production, Chlorophyll, Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolites of Satsuma Mandarin

摘  要:为了研究不同施氮量对温州蜜柑(Citrus unshiu Marcov.)产量、叶绿素和碳氮代谢产物的影响,以温州蜜柑为试材,设计N0、N0.75、N1.0、N1.25、N1.5五个氮肥用量水平进行盆栽试验。结果表明,在适宜范围内,增施氮肥能提高温州蜜柑产量,其中,N1.25水平下产量最高,达到1 274.19 g/株;产量、叶片含氮量、叶绿素总量、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质含量随施氮量增加呈先上升后下降趋势,相关系数分别为0.858、0.928、0.867、0.895、0.837,可溶性糖含量随施氮量增加呈下降趋势。在N1.25水平下,产量以及叶片含氮量、叶绿素总量、游离氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质含量达到最高值,是最合理的施氮水平。In order to study the effects of different nitrogen application rate on Production, chlorophyll, carbon and nitrogen metabolites of satsuma mandarin(Citrus unshiu Marcov.), satsuma mandarin and five dosage levels of nitrogen incluidng N0,N0.75, N1.0, N1.25, N1.5were used in pot experiment. The results showed that in the appropriate range of the amount of nitrogen, fertilization could increase production. Under conditions of N1.25, the highest yield level reached 1 274.19 g / plant.The production, total chlorophyll, free amino acids, soluble protein content was increased with increase of nitrogen and then decreased. The correlation coefficients were 0.858,0.867,0.895,0.837. Under N1.25 level conditions, fruit yield and total chlorophyll, free amino acids, soluble protein content reached the highest.
