摘 要:为探究薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha)入侵对三裂叶蟛蜞菊(Wedelia trilobata)生理特性的影响,比较了薇甘菊入侵区域的三裂叶蟛蜞菊和无薇甘菊入侵区域的三裂叶蟛蜞菊叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量和叶绿素含量。结果表明,薇甘菊入侵区域的三裂叶蟛蜞菊相对于无薇甘菊入侵区域的三裂叶蟛蜞菊,除SOD活性没有显著性差异外,POD活性、CAT活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量及叶绿素含量均有显著降低。薇甘菊对三裂叶蟛蜞菊的保护酶系统、渗透调节系统和光合系统产生了较大的影响。The activities of peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll in leaves of Wedelia trilobata inside and outside Mikania micrantha invasion area were compared to explore the effects of Mikania micrantha invasion on physiological characterstics. The results showed that compared with Wedelia trilobata outside Mikania micrantha invasion area, activities of POD and CAT, content of soluble sugar and soluble protein and chlorophyll in leaves of Wedelia trilobata inside Mikania micrantha invasion area decreased significantly, but activity of SOD had not significantly reduced. Invasion of Mikania micrantha had great influence on systems of protective enzymes, osmotic adjustment and photosynthesis of Wedelia trilobata.
