摘  要:对4种一年生葡萄(Vitis vinifera)砧木1103P、5BB、SO4、3309C进行干旱胁迫处理,测定干旱胁迫下葡萄砧木生理生化指标的变化。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,葡萄砧木叶片中可溶性总糖含量增加,抗旱性强的品种可溶性总糖上升的幅度大;叶绿素随干旱胁迫的加重迅速分解,抗旱性强的品种其下降速度较慢;抗旱性强的砧木品种超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性上升幅度大,而后下降速度慢;游离脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量也随干旱胁迫的加重而增加。4个葡萄砧木品种抗旱性从强到弱为1103P、5BB、3309C、SO4。Four grape(Vitis vinifora) rootstocks 1103 P, 5BB, SO4, 3309 C were used to determine the change of physiological indexes under drought stress. Results showed that the content of soluble total sugar in the leaves of the grape rootstocks increased under drought stress, and content of soluble sugar in the hig drought resistance cultivars increased greatly. Chlorophyll decomposed rapidly with the aggravation of drought stress, and the chlorophyll of higer drought resistance cultivars decomposed slowly. SOD activity of higer drought resistance cultivars increased firstly and then decreased slowly. The content of Pro and MDA increased with the aggravation of drought stress. Drought resistance of four grape rootstocks was in the order of 1103P〉5BB〉3309C〉SO4.
