摘 要:通过对玄参(Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.)根际和非根际土壤、不同部位重金属Cr、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb含量进行检测,分析了玄参茎、叶、块根、芽对根际土壤重金属的吸收与富集作用。结果表明,玄参根际和非根际土壤中Cd、Hg平均含量均高于限量值要求,土壤表现出一定程度的Cd和Hg污染,而玄参各部位未检测到Hg;茎、叶中Cd平均含量高于限量值,块根、芽中Cd含量低于限量值。玄参不同部位对重金属元素富集能力表现:Cr为茎>叶>芽>块根,Cu为芽>叶>茎>块根,Zn为叶>块根>茎>芽,As为叶>茎>芽=块根,Cd、Pb为叶>茎>芽>块根。By measuring the content of heavy metals including Cr、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil and different positions of Radix scrophulariae, the adsorption and enrichment capability of heavy metals in rhizosphere soil of stems, leaves, root tubers and shoots of Daozhen Radix scrophulariae was analyzed. Result showed that the average content of Cd, Hg was higher than the limited standards in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil. The soil had Cd and Hg pollution. Hg was not found in any positions of Radix scrophulariae. The average content of Cd was higher than the limited standards in leaves and stems, lower than the limited standards in root tubers and shoots. The enrichment capability of heavy metal of Radix scrophulariae was in the order of stemsleavesshootsroot tubers for Cr, shootsleavesstemsroot tubers for Cu, leavesroot tubersstemsshoots for Zn, leavesstemsshoots=root tubers for As, leavesstemsshootsroot tubers for Cd, Pb.
