摘　　要：恩施州为我国茶叶重要产区,茶产业已成为其优势支柱产业。该州享有"世界硒都"美誉,是天然富硒茶的最佳产地.。介绍了该自治州茶叶的地理标志特征与知识产权保护现状,分析其农业知识产权保护对策,并提出了相关的建设性建议。Enshi Prefecture is one of China＇s important tea producing areas.
