摘　　要：在阐述集装箱空箱供应具有及时性、持续性和灵活性的特点,集装箱需求具有预订的即时性、信息的及时性的基础上,分析空箱合理调整的影响因素及存在的主要问题,提出实现空箱调整合理化的对策,即拓展客户服务手段、完善空箱调整的评价指标、运用信息技术手段。Based on expounding that empty container should be provided with characteristics of timeliness, constancy and flexibility, and container demand possessing the characteristics of immediacy, constancy and imperfection, this paper analyzes the influence factors and main problems of suitable empty container adjustment, and puts forward countermeasures on realizing rationalization of empty container adjustment, such as expanding approaches of customer service, improving evaluation index of empty container adjustment and using information technical approach.
