摘　　要：通过对LF精炼过程深脱硫的工艺研究,确立了超低硫管线钢生产工艺,通过控制炉渣的碱度,渣中Fe O以及Al2O3含量等措施,实现了管线钢深脱硫后S含量<0.001%、脱硫率大于90%的目标。Through deep desulfurization technology research on LF refining process, the ultra-low sulfur pipeline steel pro- duction process was established. By controlling the basicity of the slag, and content of FeO and Al2O3 in slag and other measures, the target of S content 〈0.001%, desulfurization rate〉 90% after deep desulfurization for the pipeline was achieved.
