摘　　要：钢包滑动水口是控制炼钢生产的重要系统,如果该系统在使用过程中发生漏钢事故,将严重制约生产的稳定顺行,威胁人身和设备的安全。本文对影响钢包滑动水口系统漏钢的各种因素进行了分析,并制定了相应的改进措施,通过改进,使钢包滑动水口漏钢事故得到有效控制,促进了炼钢生产的稳定。Ladle sliding nozzle is an important control unit in steelmaking production. Unit breakout accident seriously affected the stable operation and threaten the safety of people and equipment. This article carried on the analysis of various factors influencing the leakage of steel ladle sliding nozzle system, and formulated concrete measures. Through the corresponding improvement, the steel leakage accident of sliding gate ladle was controlled effectively, the stability of steelmaking production was promoted.
