摘 要:在20%~80%填充率和5~20 h水力停留时间HRT条件下,以4种生物栅为载体进行江苏宜兴澄渎内河中试点河段水体凯氏氮(KN)和总氮(TN)净化试验,结果表明:在不同HRT和填充率下,4种生物栅对KN都有明显去除,且1#、2#、4#生物栅对KN去除与填充率无明显相关性,3#生物栅在20%~80%填充率下对KN去除呈现出对应增加.对于TN,相同HRT和填充率条件下,2#生物栅处理效果最优、1#生物栅和4#生物栅处理效果次之、3#生物栅处理效果最劣.除3#生物栅,其他生物栅填充率与TN净化效果呈正相关,生物栅填充率在0%~60%时,反应槽内生物密度从1.1 g/L上升到3.4 g/L,进而水体TN去除随着填充率增加而迅速增加,而填充率在60%~80%时,生物密度从3.4 g/L增加到4.5 g/L,但水流流穿生物栅阻力增加,致使部分水体难以与内部生物栅直接接触而不能充分发挥生物栅实际功效.在最大填充率80%时的净化效果与填充率60%的净化效果无明显差异(p〈0.05).因此,选用生物栅填充率60%可达到水体KN和TN控制和削减目的.In order to understand the removal effect of the 4 bio-fillers on Kjeldahl nitrogen(KN) and total nitrogen(TN) in river waters,the experiment is conducted under the conditions of 20%-80% of filling rate and 5-20 h of hydraulic retention time(HRT). The effect of 4 bio-fillers on KN and TN removal is obvious. Although the removal effect of 3# bio-filler on KN is promoted at 20%-80% of filling rates,the no correlation is found between the filling rates and the removal effect of 1#,2# and 4# bio-fillers on KN(p0.05). For TN,2# biofiller can eliminate more TN than 1# and 4# bio-fillers(the next in effect) and 3# bio-filler(the most inferior) with the same HRT and filling rates. Except 3# bio-filler,the positive correlations are observed between filling rates and the TN removal amounts to other bio-fillers. The concentration of microorganism is from 1.1 g/L to 3.4 g/L which makes the TN removal more rapid within 20-60% of filling rate. Meanwhile,when the concentration of microorganism is from 3.4 g/L to 4.5 g/L within 60-80% of filling rates,the flow resistance is increased to hinder some removal abilities which means that the internal bio-fillers can not have the chances to contact the contaminated waters directly. It is indicated that the removal effects of 4 bio-fillers on KN and TN are not more efficient at the 60% and 80% of filling rates(p0.05). Thus,the 60% of filling rates of the 4 bio-fillers are able to decrease and control the KN and TN pollutants of river water.
