普通工科院校特色专业建设研究与实践——以电气工程专业为例

摘　　要：特色专业是一所高校核心竞争力的强有力体现,学校电气工程专业是铁路行业特色非常浓厚的特色专业,2008年获批教育部第二批高等学校特色专业建设点.以国家级特色专业建设为契机,在特色专业课程体系、师资队伍、专业教材、专业实验室、实习基地等方面开展了电气工程专业的铁路行业特色建设与探索.培养的毕业生具备高速铁路领域的专业技能和综合素质,受到用人单位的青睐.The characteristic major is a very important exemplification of the core competencies to a college.The electrical engineering major is a characteristic major of railway,which was established as the 2nd characteristic major experimental base of the Ministry of Education in 2008. The paper presents some reform and exploration in course system,training teachers,textbooks,laboratory and training bases of the characteristic major,and a good result has been achieved. The graduates have been complimented by their employers due to their professional skills and comprehensive quality in the field of high-speed railway.
