摘　　要：介绍了上海汽轮机厂(STP)对300MW亚临界汽轮机进行高背压循环水供热的改造方案。低压部分采用先进的通流技术,结构部件进行了较大的优化,并通过对机组辅助系统的核算分析调整,改造后机组供热能力大幅提升,确保了汽轮机运行的安全性。The retrofit scheme of the high back pressure circulating water heat-supply for a 300 MW subcritical steam turbine made by Shanghai Turbine Plant（STP）is introduced.Advanced flow technology is adopted for the blade design in LP section,and the configuration has been optimized.By adjusting the auxiliary system in high back pressure conditions,it is demonstrated that the unit has been greatly improved in terms of heating capacity and the safety of steam turbine operation is ensured.
