摘　　要：目的:采用ALA-光动力联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣并观察其疗效。方法:将180例患者分为2组,治疗组采用ALA-光动力联合二氧化碳激光治疗,对照组只用二氧化碳激光治疗,治疗结束后3个月观察疗效及复发率。结果:治疗组痊愈率93.33%,复发率6.67%;对照组的痊愈率81.11%,复发率为18.89%。结论:ALA-光动力联合二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效优于单纯使用二氧化碳激光治疗,复发率低,值得推广,只是价格较贵。Objective：To observe the therapeutic efect of CO 2 laser and ALA-photodynamic in treatment of patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods：Patients were divided into 2 groups,the treatment group was treated with CO 2 laser combined with ALA-photodynamic ,the control group was treated with CO 2 laser only.Observed the curative effect and the recurrence rate after treatment 3 months.Results：The cure rate was 93.33%,the recurrence rate was 6.67% in treatment group.The cure rate was 81.11%,the recurrence rate was 18.89% in control group.Conclusion：The method of CO 2 laser combined with Ella -photodynamic is better than that of CO 2 laser only ,the former recurrence rate is low ,worthy of promotion ,but expensive much.
