摘　　要：目的:探讨NBAS-APS在腹部手术患者舒适度的应用效果。方法:选取腹部手术患者180例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者接受传统的疼痛管理模式,观察组在传统模式基础上实施急性疼痛管理模式(NBAS-APS)进行疼痛管理。比较2组患者术后疼痛程度、肠功能恢复情况、术后并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛减轻程度及肠功能恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:NBAS-APS能有效减轻腹部手术患者的疼痛,提高患者舒适度,促进肠功能恢复,降低术后并发症的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of the NBAS - APS in improving the coinfort of patients with abdominal surgery comfort. Methods：ISO patients with abdominal surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received traditional pain management mode, while the observation group received the NBAS - APS pain management method and the traditional pain management mode. The levels of postoperative pain, the degree of bowel function recovery and the rate of postoperative complications were assessed in the 2 groups. Results：The levels of postoperative pain and the degree of bowel function recovery in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion：The NBAS - APS can relieve the pain of the patients with abdominal surgery, improve the patient＇ s comfort, promote the intestinal function recovery and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
