PDCA循环管理在癌痛规范化治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨采用PDCA循环管理方法对癌痛规范化治疗护理质量持续改进的影响。方法:采用PDCA循环管理方法持续改进癌痛护理质量,将第1个月和第6个月的相关护理质量指标进行对比。结果:采用PDCA循环管理后,第6个月的护士癌痛护理理论成绩、癌痛护理病历返修率、患者癌痛相关知识及满意率等相关护理指标较第1个月均得到明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环的管理方法能持续有效地改进癌痛规范化治疗的护理质量,临床运用方便,值得推广。Objective：To evaluate the type of PDCA cycle management in standardized treatment of cancer pain , and effect of continuous improvement in quality of care.Methods：Improved continuously pain care quality were implemented with PDCA cycle management in standardized treatment of cancer pain in our apartment.The care quality indicators were compared with in the first month in the sixth month.Results：After PDCA cycle management , nursing indicators such as：nursing theory scores ,pain care, correct rates of medical cases , relevant knowledge of patient pain and patients satisfactionhad great improvement in the sixth month compared with in the first month , the difference was significant （ P＆lt;0.05 ）.Conclusion：The PDCA cycle management approach in standardized treatment of cancer pain can effectively improve the care quality ,is convenient clinical implementation , and it is worth promoting.
